Flex event notifications
As part of our commitment to supporting our community in this effort, PSE客户被自动设置为接收Flex事件通知.
默认情况下, notifications will be sent via email, but customers have the option to receive phone (program dependent, see table below) and 文本 as well. If you enroll a smart thermostat or other smart device, 在Flex活动之前和期间，你会在你的设备和/或设备的应用上收到通知.

What is a Flex event and why does it occur?

When could a Flex event occur and how often?

How does PSE determine how much energy I save during a Flex event?
